The conditions for using your account, purchasing virtual SMS numbers and managing payments.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of SocialSMSNetwork and its virtual SMS number services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Customer Accounts and Security
Provide accurate registration details and keep your password and account access secure. You are responsible for activity authorised through your account. Notify Support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share or sell account access.
3. SMS Virtual Number Services
SocialSMSNetwork provides access to available virtual SMS numbers for supported countries and services. Numbers are subject to provider availability and order-specific limits. A number purchase does not guarantee acceptance by a third-party platform or delivery of a verification message. Do not assume a number is permanent or suitable for long-term account recovery.
4. Number Purchases and Order Processing
Check the selected country, service and displayed price before confirming a purchase. Orders are processed through the configured number provider. Your dashboard shows the number and order status when processing succeeds. A pending or failed request must not be treated as a completed purchase.
5. Number Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Cancellation is available only for eligible orders under the applicable provider conditions. Submitting a request does not itself confirm cancellation or a refund. Order refunds depend on verified provider confirmation and the order's eligibility. Payment refunds depend on the payment processor's confirmed status. Reconciled refunds are recorded against the original deposit or order and relevant wallet records. No unconditional refund guarantee is offered.
6. Wallet and Payments
Wallet funds are used for purchases on the platform. Payment credits are applied after successful verification by the payment processor. Do not rely solely on a payment screenshot or redirect as confirmation. Confirmed payment refunds are reconciled against the original funding and related accounting records. Contact Support about a payment discrepancy; do not make repeated payments without checking their status.
7. Pricing and Service Availability
The price shown for an available order applies when you confirm that order. Prices and availability may change before a purchase is completed. Countries, services and stock depend on provider availability. No fixed stock level or future price is promised.
8. Prohibited Activities
Do not use SocialSMSNetwork for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, harassment, spam or unauthorised access. Do not attempt to bypass security, manipulate balances, abuse refunds or disrupt the platform. You must also comply with the rules of any third-party service where you use a number.
9. Third-Party Providers
Number delivery, SMS receipt and payment processing depend on third-party providers. Their conditions and technical restrictions may affect your order. SocialSMSNetwork cannot control a third-party platform's decision to accept a number or permit account verification.
10. Privacy and Customer Information
Account, payment and order information is used to operate the service, provide support, maintain records and address security or legal requirements. Information needed to process a transaction may be shared with the relevant payment or number provider. Necessary historical financial and order records may be retained after account closure. Do not send passwords or sensitive verification codes to Support.
11. Service Interruptions and Limitations
Maintenance, network issues and third-party outages may interrupt access, order processing or SMS delivery. Continuous availability and uninterrupted delivery are not guaranteed. Subject to applicable law, SocialSMSNetwork is not responsible for losses caused by third-party restrictions or misuse of the service; these Terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for misuse, security concerns, breaches of these Terms or legal obligations. Necessary transaction and order records may remain for accounting and dispute handling. Account closure does not erase outstanding transaction issues or create an automatic entitlement to a refund. Contact Support to discuss account access or closure.
13. Intellectual Property
The SocialSMSNetwork name, logo, website content and platform materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may use the website to access its services but may not copy, resell or misrepresent its branding or materials without permission.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The current version will be available on this page. Review it before making new purchases. Changes do not remove mandatory legal rights.
15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections. If a dispute arises, contact Support first and provide the relevant order or payment reference so it can be reviewed. If it remains unresolved, either party may use the remedies and competent courts available under applicable law. No exclusive jurisdiction or arbitration requirement is imposed by this page.

Use the Support section in your account or the configured WhatsApp and Telegram links on the website for account, order and payment assistance. Include relevant references and a clear description of the issue. Never provide your password.
